Guillaume’s property journey began in 2012, but it was in 2018, developing high-end house shares in Birmingham, that things truly took off. Meet Hanif Khan: Industry Pioneer & Property Expert

With over 500 property deals under his belt, Hanif Khan is a true trailblazer in the world of property investment. As the first to teach lease options in the UK, Hanif has shaped the way investors approach creative property strategies, from rent-to-rent and title splits to vendor finance.

A serial entrepreneur, Hanif has owned estate and letting agencies, and currently runs a successful supported living business with a team of 100. Beyond property, he has been involved in multiple business ventures, including distributing plasterboard and beauty products to major retailers like B&Q, Boots, Harrods, and Selfridges.

Known for his deep knowledge and experience, Hanif has written the go-to manuals on innovative property strategies, and has taught thousands of investors to succeed in the market. His contributions to the industry are further cemented by his role as a judge at the Property Investors Awards.
